A Dream. A Vision. A Challenge.

Cristina and Antonio

A Dream: owning a wonderful home in paradise.

A Vision: turning rubble into a dream house.

A Challenge: making it with little money and no technical knowledge.

Antonio and Cristina bumped into the ruins of an old rustic country house during a holiday in Sardinia in 2007.

It was love at first sight.

What was once a long-sought dream of owning a fantastic vacation home came true in just three years of passionate renovation and remarkable hard work.

Considered to be ‘one of the best 20 holiday villas in the Mediterranean‘ by “The Observer”, ‘fabulous‘ by “The Sunday Times”, the most striking example of unparalleled, authentic architectural recovery in south western Sardinia is today a place to enjoy the pleasures of life.

With little money, a big dream and a strong determination to succeed, Antonio and Cristina started a wonderful journey that changed their lives.

This is the story of Casa Teulada, a phoenix risen from ashes thanks to the passion of her new young owners, who embarked onto an adventure that seemed impossible to the most.

Careful dedication, unlimited creative zeal, a clear vision of what others failed to see, together with an unbreakable faith in a winning idea despite all hurdles turned the impossible possible.

Featured in some of the most prominent Italian and International design magazines as well as important newspapers, broadcasted on the Travel Channel UK and photographed by professionals worldwide and passers by alike, Casa Teulada keeps attracting holidaymakers year after year.

Today, Antonio and Cristina open the doors of Casa Teulada to enthusiastic couples and families from around the world, willing to share a piece of the dream in a place for the senses within one of Italy’s last and best kept secrets: pristine, authentic south western Sardinia.

Let the owners introduce you to this marvel, share their dream with your dreams and may you be their guest someday…
