CASA TEULADA 1 is the detached unit on the right of the main Villa.

A tastefully decorated self-catering unique hideaway with large terrace, BBQ, and outdoor shower. Completely renovated, air conditioned, it also boosts a terrific stone fireplace for romantic winter escapes. Its particular structure makes it the #1 ranking house in Teulada, and one of the most striking examples of unparalleled architectural recovery in the south-west of Sardinia.

CASA TEULADA 1 is a carefully laid out open plan on two levels sleeping 4 and comprising a fully furnished kitchen with all amenities – incl. laundry machine and a beautiful SMEG fridge & freezer -, a living room with huge stone fireplace, ethno-rustic furniture, 2 stone sofas (sleeping 1 each), 1 master bedroom with 1 extra large king size bed (sleeping 2), 3 wardrobes, an undressing area, a carefully laid out bathroom with designer toiletries, hand carved furniture, precious CeraSarda tiles, stone walled semi-circular shower with rain effect.

The outdoor area comprises two private terraces facing the big courtyard, one for exclusive use of Casa 1 and one shared between Casa 2 and Casa 3. Each terrace is equipped with table, chairs, stone barbeque and outside stone walled shower.

We brought in and restored a very beautiful old fishing boat with the aim to create a lounge seating area where guests can socialize, sip cocktails at sunset or watch the sky at night.

CASA TEULADA is meant to have you relax, let your stressful life go and return to a more peaceful and laid back lifestyle. For this reason we intentionally refrained from having TV and electronic appliances that may disturb the atmosphere. Not surprisingly, this is considered a fantastic ‘bonus’ by all our past guests. After all, with such an incredible offer of beaches, nature, culture and cuisine you will hardly miss spending time in front of a box. 😉

The minute you walk into Casa Teulada you can just feel it; the owners love and care for the property is evident everywhere. You know you are staying somewhere special. The caretakers were very welcoming and always ready to help (but never intrusive) – even offering to prepare the bbq!

A car is an essential for exploring the area and there was always a space to park right outside the door. I was surprised by the wealth of historic places to visit – Nora is a must and so is Su Nuraxi if time allows – a little shopping in Cagliari, wild horses and some of the most beautiful beaches in the World kept the children happy too! The whole family loved visiting the island of S.Pietro (we went twice); Carloforte, the tuna museum and the very rare donkeys.

And all of this from a great base, Casa Teulada. Thank you so much!

Dear Antonio, Cristina and Sara, it was a very special time for us here to be away from our music worlds and meanwhile have the peace to make and learn our music here. Teulada was ideal. We both recommend the sand dunes in Porto Pino, a big and very long beach where you can walk for ages, the sea is amazing and every day is a new experience. Your house is beautiful! I have to say we never had the same relax we imagined when we saw pictures or videos of other houses in our previous holidays. With your ‘Casa’ it has been different, because everything is the same way as depicted in pictures and in videos. I have to tell you – you did your house in a really high niveau!!! We love having holidays after our main music season, and I must say we came here the first two weeks of September and had every day sun and 30° C!!! We would like to thank you very much for giving us the possibility to stay here, also it was very nice to meet you in person. We wish you only nice and good guests here, all the best, and hopefully we will get back soon.

We travelled around Sardinia for a few weeks and your house is by far the best accomodation we’ve found on the entire island.

We’ll recommend Casa Teulada to anyone of our friends! Sardinia is really a unique, unknown Italian treasure, at least to Americans.

The property was perfectly described by the owners and was all that we expected and more….it’s like a piece of art, truly stunning.

The location was ideal for a quiet holiday; very well positioned to explore the Costa Sud. The coast road was absoltuely beautiful with many laybays to stop and take in the views and lots of stunning beaches (which were quiet during our visit in April), with white sands and mostly clam waters.

Teulada is a very small town with a few convenience stores, butchers, a small supermarket and a couple of souvenir shops. There are also a few bars and restaurants in and around the town. This is not an area to visit if you like lots of nightlife, it’s for a relaxed, chilled-out holiday instead. You definitely need a car if you are going to stay in this area.

The whole area was beautiful and the apartment was a great base.

We had a fabulous time and would diffinitely stay in this property again if we are lucky enough to get back to Sardinia.

Casa Teulada is a very well restored, clean and well maintained house in the centre of the village of Teulada. We were greeted with a smile despite our 3am arrival and the customer service was excellent from the time of our initial booking enquiry until we departed. Teulada is an excellent setting to explore the south of Sardinia and is only 5 minutes by car to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island with crystal clear water and gorgeous white sand. The village also has a good selection of shops and restaurants.I would recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable break. We found Nora fascinating and well worth a visit.

we have had a really lovely holiday, thanks to you, the people of Teulada and the beautiful landscapes and beaches! The coast road has to be one of the very best. We particularly love Piscinni and Perdalonga! We have stayed in the NE of Sardinia in a number of occasions, and love the Maddalena Archipelago, but the Costa Sud is absolutely special in being so ‘unspoilt’ and we hope it stays that way!

Fantastic Honeymoon!

My wife and I decided to spend our honeymoon at Casa Teulada…no choice could have been best! We had a memorable stay, the owners – Antonio and Cristina – were extremely helpful, friendly and so were the caretaker and his family right from the start. We arrived late at night and were nevertheless warmly welcomed by Ms Ledda, who told us were to eat, as we were starving after a long day. The house is great, done with care, very charming and even more stunning than in pictures. There is a beautiful guestbook, which we found very helpful, with lots of precious advice left by previous guests. We highly recommend this place to fellow honeymooners and anyone in general, seeking a place full of charme. We hope to come back sometime in the future. Thank you so much!

What a Great Place

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week in the beautiful Teulada Region. Casa Teulada is lovely and it has been great to eat out on the terrace although we didn’t set the time to use the BBQ. The weather has been very hot all week with very little cloud in the sky. Thank god Casa Teulada is equipped with air conditioning, which made it very pleasant to stay in and sleep at night. Although the beaches were generally very busy at this time of the year, we managed to find some great locations for snorkeling and swimming. Our kids loved it and we strongly recommend this venue to everyone interested in southern Sardinia. Thanks Antonio and Cristina for such a great house. We will treasure this time spent in Casa Teulada.
