CASA TEULADA 3 is the most cheerful of the three Casas! Ideal for couples, it’s a colorful self-catering ground floor apartment in the Villa’s main building. Tastefully decorated with unique objects collected by the owners in flea markets around the world, completely renovated, air conditioned, it boosts a huge stone fireplace like the other Casas to keep in tune with the enchanting flair that characterizes the structure.
CASA TEULADA 3 is slightly smaller than its sister properties, sleeps 3 and comprises a fully furnished kitchen with all amenities, fridge & freezer, laundry machine, a huge stone fireplace, ethno-rustic furniture, 1 stone sofas (sleeping 1), 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed (sleeping 2), 2 walled-in wardrobes, a carefully laid out bathroom with designer toiletries, hand carved furniture, precious CeraSarda tiles, stone walled semi-circular shower with rain effect. The courtyard in front of the apartment comprises a shared area with sun loungers, chairs and a beautiful single-piece round driftwood table, two private terraces facing the big courtyard, one for exclusive use of Casa 1 and one shared between Casa 2 and Casa 3 and featured with stone bbq, outside stone walled shower and the charming old fishing boat.
